This page contains the terms and conditions. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any products from Bandhani Studio. You should understand that by ordering any products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Welcome to Bandhani Studio

When making custom handmade bandhani to order, there may be slight variation in design and colour due to custom handmade work and love that goes into every order and also due to photography.


Normally, we require an initial payment of 50% deposit for us to begin processing your order, but in some cases client may be required to make more than 50% depending on the order.

No BANDHANI STUDIO goods will be released until FULL payment has been made.

Please keep a copy of receipt or proof of payment at all times.


The customer is required to send the name and surname along with the address, postal code and contact number at the time of placing the order.

Standard courier services will be used for shipping. Shipping is free in India unless a customer wants to use high speed service. In case of international shipping the customer will have to bear the shipping charges whatsoever.

The estimated delivery time will differ with each order. Typically, shipping takes around 7 to 10 business days. Sometimes, delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to, unexpected travel delays from our courier partners due to weather conditions or any political disruptions or strikes. We promise to keep you updated at every step.

Refunds, Cancellations, Exchanges

We’re confident that you will be thrilled with our Bandhani Studio product. Thats because we go out of our way to ensure that they’re designed and made just for YOU. We understand, however, the sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to refunds, returns, remakes and alterations.

Because each one of our product is custom-made specifically for you, we do not offer any refunds, exchanges or returns for any custom-made garments. Refunds and cancellations are not permitted for any order once the order is placed and/or providing payment details to BANDHANI STUDIO. The reason for this policy is that once an order is placed, work on the order commences shortly thereafter and expenses are incurred by our business as part of the production process.

We are 100% committed to working with you to achieve a solution. To that pursuit, we offer complimentary alterations and will remake your product if it is deemed unalterable by our staff. Although customer satisfaction is a top priority for us, we recognise that is impossible to measure a client’s satisfaction with our products and/or service. For that reason, we do not offer refunds, exchanges or returns.

Our expected timeline for completing an order from start to finish is 5 to 6 weeks. However, this timeframe is subject of change based on a range of factors that are sometimes outside o our control. Even if there is a material delay in the timeframe with respect to a client order, including but not limited to, a production delay or an out-of-stock fabric,  refunds and/or cancellations are not permitted under any circumstance. BANDHANI STUDIO (at its sole discretion) will make best faith efforts to remedy any unfavourable situations and make things right.
